“I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. I paid around £225 for what was advertised as a 70 × 140 cm premium mattress. However, the mattress measures approximately 72 × 140 cm, making it extremely difficult to fit into the cot. Even after leaving it to expand, it remained oversized and caused the sides to bend, which is not what I expected from a premium baby mattress. I contacted customer service to raise my concerns, but despite waiting, I have received no meaningful response or resolution. When you’re paying this kind of money for a baby product, you expect accurate sizing, quality control, and after-sales support. I chose this brand because of its reputation, but unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. I hope they improve both their quality control and customer service.”

“The purchasing and website is fine and delivery is timely. However on receiving the product theres some quality issues which I need to raise seperately. E.g. the screw access holes were not drilled properly so putting in screws meant they go in at an angle so I had to rectify that myself as with a little newborn im not wasting time unassembling and getting things sent back and then reassembling.
