“My original order didn’t arrive, I received an email saying it would be late but arrive in 3 days from email. It didn’t arrive so I emailed to find out where it was. Basically there were several emails back and forth, your representative said she’d resend the order, which I agreed. But she kept emailing back asking different questions and by the time it was resent one of my items was out of stock and it didn’t arrive in time for me to give to my visiting daughter. Therefore I will have to try to visit her asap with the gift, but she’s a two hour drive away. I like the products but would be reluctant to order anything else, even though I’ve seen something else I would like to order.”

“Furstrated that my order got cancelled after payment was received and processed, and not receiving any notifactions about it. And receiving less money than what I paid. I would like to get someone to help me get this sorted! I bough the product (Twist natural matress) with a non-U.K credit card (Visa); which I have used for every and any transaction I've make in the U.K, without problems, for years now. I did receive a refund, but received less than what I paid, because of conversion rate??? I have never had that happened before - customer service said "due to exchange rate fluctuation this is something that can occur and is unfortunately outside of our control." and I do not think that is a proper answer or correct; every time I have had money refund from other businesses they have return the same amount I paid them - in U.S Dollars. Management, could you please address this and reach out? I had to go to Jogn Lewis to buy the exact same mattress, and I even saw it at a lower price than your website... ??”

“I recently bought the Moses basket bundle with rocking base. The bundle looks beautiful, however seems poorly made. When assembling the base the pilot holes don’t appear to be the correct size for the screws provided, making the wood squeak horribly and sounding like it might snap. There were also unfortunately screws missing from the order. It was far more difficult than anticipated to put together, however it does seem sturdy now built.”

“Purchased the child's single natural mattress and a waterproof cover. I've been sleeping on it from early morning onwards before we transition him out of our room and it is more comfortable than our mattress!”

“Sons coming up to a year old, went to flip the mattress and it's covered in mould. Checked the whole room for any other mould and there is nothing on the walls etc which I'd expect. Only place mould is growing is on my son's mattress!. Quick Google search shows I'm not the only person to have had this happen to their little green sheep mattress!.”
