“I opened up the box to find it full of polystyrene packing but no lamp. You can guess I won't be buying anything else from this Company.”

Dear Mike, We called and emailed you about this query and to date have no response. You only ordered one lamp so it's unlikely we would send out an empty box. We can only assume the bulb has sunk to the bottom of the parcel and you just could not see it. Please confirm ASAP
