“I must say that I am extremely dissapointed with the service. Firstly, I did not receive the item I ordered. Secondly, I have made contact twice now saying that the wrong item was delivered and I have had no response in regards to rectifying the problem. They have my money and I do not have the correct item and it appears that they will not be willing to issue a refund”

“Parts came quickly. Howver I ordered warm white but recieved cool white. I have contacted LightBulbs but no response. Sofar I would rate them as poor and unsatisfactory. The customer is not delighted. I will update this review if they correct the issue.”

“Oriented a particular bulb, received an unbrandec substitute without any explanation. When I called, I was told that the product was discontinued but they were nit prepared to remove the discontinued product from the website!!”

“Bulbs, halogen MR 11 spot 10°. Very poor quality. Light output very weak. The reflection angle was supposed to be 10 °, but is much larger. Maybe 50 °. I compared with these, Paulman MR11 20w FTB 10°.”
