“I cannot recommend this trader. 10 light bulbs were supplied as ordered but these were opaque not clear as ordered. Furthermore, one bulb does not work. Despite emails to the trader, no action has been taken and I have not even had the courtesy of a response. My advice, buy elsewhere.”

“Ordered 03/03/2024, it’s now 28/03 and still no sign of my order. Order confirmation email does state that there might be a delay on Royal Mail’s end so allowed for that. Emailed after it’d been long enough, got no reply, no updates about the whereabouts of my order and when I could expect it. Royal Mail don’t seem to be having problems delivering all my other mail so… wouldn’t order from here again. Also no mail tracking details for the order either which doesn’t help.”

“Very bad. Once ordered you get email confirmation, but thats as far as it goes. Goods not received, emails not replied to, no correspondence at all. I tried to cancel the order same day as ordered, via email, but no response. Called 4 days later as not heard anything and told I was too late to cancel and good dispatched, yet could not tell me when or provide any shipping info. Scam site. DO NOT buy anything from these guys, they are a scam website. Having to get refund from credit card company. ORDER E029463”

“Very poor. Two weeks on and still waiting for the product to turn up. Contact response slow and repetitive" well it left our premises on day "x". No offer of a reimbursement. Would not use them again.”

“Delivery needs to be faster given the amount charged for shipping. After the product arrived, I made a query by email, and got the standard auto reply ‘we aim to respond within 48 hours’. Firstly, that kind of service level objective is pretty poor, but I am still waiting a response 1 week later. I will not shop with easy light bulbs again, it is far from easy.”
