Normally we would ask what we could have done better, but we had emailed you to double check the voltage needed as you had ordered 110v and luckily we confirmed as 240v was required! Took my money but not delivered my light bulbs or even shipped them as they are out of stock which I wasn’t told at the time of ordering.

I can that as per all Websites, payment is made at point of purchase, also online we show live stock levels! So it would have shown that there was not enough or any stock to complete your order. And our websales team had also emailed you to advise of the no stock and lead time for the item ordered? So sadly we did everything we could? Two of the bulbs blew in first few minutes. I put a bulb from another light in that holder and it hasn’t blown so it’s not the holder that’s the problem

I have sent two messages on your site. All three bulbs were broken inside Even though the packaging was ok Awaiting refund or replacements. Picked up from post office on 15.8.19 thanks A rivers.

Absolutely awful, of 18 halopar bulbs all bar 3 have failed within months.

Still haven received them despite ordering them on 22.5., been told they were out of stock after I purchased them online. If I knew, I’d bought then elsewhere as it’s a long time to have my kitchen just with 3 remaining lights and quite dark. No contact whatsoever!

But on this occasion, our webteam despatch your order 07.05.19 delayed due to the bank holiday weekend via standard royal Mail service, with the B/weekend there would have also been a delay from Royal Mail playing catch up, so it is on its way! However RM will not deem this as missing for 14days! But if you have not received this by Friday 17th please let us know and we will issue you with a FOC replacement. Wrong lamp delivered, three emails and one phone call with a promise to phone back has resulted with nothing having been done to resolve their error. I would have expected more from this company, but alas no!
