The delivery time and service was OK but my main complaint was that the M281-ALU-CA bulbs I ordered specially because they were supposed to have aluminium reflectors ( to reduce backwards heat) were not manufactured with aluminium reflectors. I am 99% certain they were just dichroic as a torch beam shone through with a purple hue. So I probably paid a premium price and did not receive what was specified. When I telephoned to check I was told you were out of stock and there was no offer of a rebate or similiar so I had no alternative but to keep those sent as halogen bulbs are now becoming scarce. The preference to use aluminium reflectors( Coolfit ) was for a safety reason so the incorrect labelling was to some extent a safety defect.

Lamp send according to your website was a direct equivalent. This was not the case. However on emailing the company they promptly emailed me a freepost label for the return of the lamp. I am awaiting the refund.

I received your email regarding the service. I telephoned your company and advised that l had not received the bulbs. Ops they had not been dispatched as you were out of stock, but did not advise me. Alternative brand now on way to me, after l rang.

Please be careful when making a purchase with them , this company is really irresponsible , they hold your money for lot of days when you try to contact them , they say we don’t have this product in stock , actually we send you a email etc etc , please use some other better site to make purchases . I would personally never use them and again also they don’t deliver you on time either . Rubbish & just Rubbish customer services , no concern for the customer . Please don’t use them ever horrible company horrible communication . Surely you can get better value for money elsewhere .

Dear Arminder, We are saddened by your negative review. As you are fully aware as per the phone call this morning we emailed you within 10 minutes of getting your order to advise you the item you ordered was obsolete. Our email askedif you were happy with the Opal items as per the website. To then say we were not in communication is not correct and as per the phone call this morning you are happy to receive the opal items. Sorry you felt we were below par but we cannot see how we can be any more clear. The goods are being despatched today as per your request. Two of the yellow bulbs have failed in my Baxi Bermuda gas fire. These bulbs replaced item that has lasted many years. I am reluctant to use yet another replacement as I will only have one left
