“My UV lamp for a pond filter system arrived quickly and very well and securely packaged. Unfortunately, despite the packaging, upon opening the box, the bulb had broken in transit. I emailed about the problem and the company came back to me immediately offering to send a replacement without even asking for a photograph of the broken item or or its return. Great service all round.”

“Excellent find. Great service. Easy to find what i wanted. Correct bulbs arrived (fluorescent tubes in this case) very well packaged. It took a few days for them to arrive but not unreasonable. Very pleased with price and quality also”

“A product I ordered had been discontinued, so an alternative was sent. This turned out to be the wrong size. Easy Lightbulbs not only recommended an alternative company that may be able to help, but also sent me a free returns label to post back the alternative product sent. “Was very impressed by this company. Having looked for replacement bulbs for an old but much-loved Christmas light-bridge, I was delighted to find they could provide it. Due to the time of year and lots of people like me looking for non-standard bulbs, dispatch was a little slow so I emailed the firm and someone found and prioritised my order immediately. I would very happily use this firm again.”

“The advice when I spoke with an assistant was great. The order was placed but there was a slight delay in the bulb being sent ... in part because of the Christmas period. The bulb was a three-pronged bayonet (I have now discovered that three prongs is very rare). It needed some coaxing into the three-spaces in the mount but once it was in - a great light. Thank you. RA”
