I still have not received my 5 bulbs. Poor service as they were ordered 8 days ago ... After calling this morning we were told they would arrive today. Still not here. Will probably cancel my order tomorrow and shop else where

Having taken my payment I then received an email saying the bulbs were currently out of stock and delivery would be approx. 3 weeks, I am still waiting for delivery so my rating has to be poor!

Hi Brinley, Apologies for the apparent confusion. Our website clearly showed the item was out of stock. We emailed you promptly to advise you of this and never got a response so we can only assume you were happy with the wait. You also only placed the order 7 days ago on the 23rd September so there is still a 2 week wait for the product. Hi Margaret, Please accept our apologies for the missing posted items. We did email you on the 29th July and advise that some times the post can take up to two weeks and please inform us if the goods had still not arrived and we would post replacements for you. We never heard from you so incorrectly assumed the Snail Mail had delivered the items. We have issued you free of charge replacements immediately. Fingers crossed they should already be there. Really unhappy with delivery service. Ordered a bulb last friday to come on the saturday. Paid £9 delivery charge and it didnt come till the monday. Not clear enough on website that there was saturday delivery available. Called customer services about this matter and they were not very helpful.

Dear Sophie, Apologies if you think the website was unclear. The delivery terms are spelt out in the "Delivery section of the website. We are trying to add Saturday delivery as a separate option that will appear on Fridays only. Again apologies if you thought our sales team were lacking but there is not a lot they can do 48 hours after you thought you were getting them. Hi Malike, a negative review! I can see where the problem has arisen, on your original order you have inadvertently selected the 'Customer to collect' option. Hence you order has been waiting on our trade counter, sadly we had not spotted this and thought to call you. I will endeavour to despatch them to you today via Royal mail. I apologize for the delay and I hope this little confusion hasn't put you off using us in the future? have a great weekend.

I am not satisfied at all since I have recieved 10 lightbulbs that are completely useless, because the the messures I was given were all wrong. The size of the bulbs are not as promised..... Waste of money....

Ordered my light bulbsand never received my order despite the money being taken out. Emails not replied to so very poor for customer service (there was no zero stars otherwise I would use that).

Rubbish I expected 2 packets of light bulbs only received 2 small bulbs costing 6.95 plus the bloody check sending two quality street sweets from them - how disgusting receiving two bloody sweets - how do I know what they contain. Rubbish will never use your company again

Thanks Jackie for the review even though it's negative we take them all seriously. We have contacted you direct and apologised about the sweets in the package. We were obviously completely unaware of your medical condition and have taken your comments on board. With regards to the bulbs they were £1.98 each plus the postage. The website is clearly marked that the items are each. Some people pay over £3.00 for a cup of coffee. Once again apologies if you thought the transaction was not value for money and as per our email we will accept the items back for a full refund. Have a good Christmas and a great 2015.

Ordered tubes on Sunday 26th October, they turned up on Tuesday via courier and they are smashed. Rang to complain and was told it's the fault of the courier. Told will send some more out free of charge and would get them on Wednesday I rang up again and was told courier could not find address. Rang again Thursday 30th and was told would send out again, also told by sales staff that that have had problems with the couriers. Not very good customer service suggest you look at the couriers you use, still awaiting call back as I need these floresent lamps for Saturday 1st or I will have one very upset 5yr old son.

Hi Paul, Apologies for what appears to be poor service. As you know we had been in contact with you at length with this order. We immediately despatched a replacement shipment to a different address as requested. Sadly the Post Code was incorrect hence the further delay. We upgraded your delivery to a Saturday morning so they would arrive in time but you told us that was unacceptable. We have refunded your order in full and once again apologize for the damaged delivery.

Thanks Paul for the review. We understand your frustrations. Sadly as you know the post code you gave us for the new delivery was incorrect hence it has not been delivered. We did offer a Saturday morning delivery to help but you had already made your mind up. Sadly we are in the hands of the carriers and the clients giving us the correct delivery details. Ordered a couple of lamps that were in stock on the 10th of September, now the end of the 17th of September and still no sign. Excluding the weekend, that is four full working days.... hmmmm ... not happy... ;-( Sent an email to the company yesterday, asking for a status update. No reply. What a shame. Last time round, I had such a good experience with this company.... but now I'm on the verge of contacting my credit card company and asking for a chargeback to be imposed !

Hi Benjamin, firstly allow me to apologies for the delay in receiving your goods. I had e-mailed you on the 15th to explain that your order had been despatch 11.09.14 via Royal mail standard service and that I would expect for you to receive them any day. Sadly this seem to have slipped and unfortunately we have no control of the postal services. As for your later e-mails I can only advise we have not received them! we pride ourselves on customer service and I apologies that you feel you have been left unassisted. Your delivery etc was fine but I had ordered Dusk to Dawn light bulbs & all I got was ordinary long life ones at a very high price for the simple product.Do you in fact stock the Dusk to Dawn ones?

Dear John, Apologies for the delay. The goods were shipped Royal Mail 48 hour service on the day you ordered the 10th April. On checking your order we have noticed you have missed "Jersey & Channel Islands"" from the address this maybe the reason for the delay. Fingers crossed the post code will see it arrive very soon.

Ordered 5 x 100w light bulbs. On delivery and fitting all blew. Discovered they were 110v. On contacting the company was told it was all my fault for ordering the wrong voltage for domestic use. Who checks the voltage when buying domestic electrical equipment? One assumes it will be correct. Poor service. Won't be using this company again.

Dear Customer, Our website clearly states that this product is "not for domestic use" so we feel you are being a bit unfair with this review considering you confirmed you ordered them in error. The website is clear and the information on the order confirmation, delivery note and invoice all state the lamp is rated at 110v. All we can do is apologise and we will offer to refund you the cost of the bulbs that were ordered incorrectly. Please contact sales@lampco.co.uk to arrange a full refund with our sales team.

I opened up the box to find it full of polystyrene packing but no lamp. You can guess I won't be buying anything else from this Company.

Hi Mike, We did respond to your email at 11:47am on Sunday morning to which we have not had a reply. We intimated the lamp may have sunk to the bottom of the package hence not clearly visible. As you have not replied to the email we have to assume that the lamps was found. Please confirm.
