I ordered a Halogen G9 lamp bulb last week which looked rusty at the prong end when I unpacked it. I plugged it into the lamp and it exploded straight away and broke into 2 parts! I had definitely ordered the right bulb. This is potentially very dangerous! I would never buy anything from this company again! See photo below.

I placed an order on 5.12.20....still no bulbs received on 20.12.20. I did send an email to enquire but no response!!

I'm very upset. I've used Easy Light Bulbs in the past to buy candle bulbs for my light fitting which takes 5 bulbs. The ones they sent were made by General Electric and all lasted for a year. No problem . I have since replaced them with the remainder of the General Electric ones I had in stock. Except the last one, for which I used one of the new ones, (packaged in plain white boxes labelled C60SES-0) I'd just purchased from them. The first one blew within two days. Hoping I'd just been unlucky I replaced it with another which has blown in less than 2 hours. I have purchased 10 of these bulbs for £26.40 and if I'd used them for all 5 fittings they would have lasted me for two days. I shall be contacting Easy Light Bulbs in the hope of getting a refund. Do not buy these light bulbs, whatever they are.

They are Not responding on any emails. I am waiting for the bulbs 4 weeks now. Nothing received. I do not recommend

Sorry to say but the lightbulbs I bought only lasted a few days before they blew !!! so no a happy customer, I do know they are very delicate and I was very careful when handling them but they still didn`t last very long so not good.

The bulbs arrived are really poor quality especially on the silver connector. Didn’t work in my chandelier. I contacted you by chat to ask for a refund, heard nothing. On Bulb box it says Not suitable for home illumination!

Very poor customer service, needed replacement bulbs urgently, placed order on Sunday to be told on Monday they no longer stock the item. I had to purchase bulbs elsewhere meaning further expense to existing order. Customer service team very unhelpful, still have item listed on website. Don’t order with them as stock is clearly unreliable and customer service is lacking!

Unfortunately the Crompton P3880F failed after just one week, despite the previous bulb lasting at least two years- we are just about to try the other one we purchased!!

I received my order of two bulbs, and fitted them only to find that one of the bulbs is defective and did not work. I called the company and left a voice message over a week ago for them to call and replace the defective bulb, I still have not heard from them.

I ordered a bulb number0140412 on 31st March on a 1 - 5 day delivery. It has not yet arrived on the 9th April. I have had no communication, explanation or apology for the delay. This is poor service and totally unacceptable. Please comment

Good afternoon Brain, Thanks for the 1 star review it's greatly appreciated although we are mortified that it was not 5 stars (Sad face Emoji). We normally ask what could we have done better to gain the elusive 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th stars! Normally we would ask what we could have done better, but on this occasion we despatch your order 02.04.20 via standard Royal mail service, sent to 2 Hastings Close. Sadly with the current situation Covid-19, if you aren’t aware this has had a massive knock on affect throughout the world. (UK lockdown day 13) Much like ourselves RM are also running on fewer/skeleton staff to prevent increased infections of the virus UK wide, this in turn has effected their delivery schedules. But your order has definitely been despatch. Sadly also due to staff shortages we are unable to call round every customer to advise of any late deliveries as RM standard service is not a trackable service. Thank you for the opportunity to write a review. I would like to say that the experience was first class but unfortunately I am unable to. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED my purchase, is it so difficult to purchase and receive a small oven light bulb ? It seems so !!!!

The bulbs that you delivered were incorrect. You sent fridge bulbs-l ordered 117mm linear 160w 240V times two. Please resend the correct order.

feel conned. The bulbs weren't even completely blue when they arrived ( patchy white. When we put them in they were almost white & dim. Really disappointed. They were supposed to be a lovely blue
