“Not only did they supply me quickly but they gave me a huge amount of help and information about an incubator that was malfunctioning that I had purchased abroad. I would not hesitate to make this your go to supplier .”

“We used The Incubator Shop a few years ago to buy our Brinsea incubator and brooder and found them an exceptionally helpful efficient and competitively priced business. So it was great to find that they still are . I ordered a pack of plastic brooder covers - a necessary expense as chicks love to sit up on top - they arrived very promptly. Great service.”

“The best of the best customer service. The parcel was well packed and marked fragile, unfortunately the courier damaged a tray (cracked). I asked the incubator shop if it would affect the chicks, as a bit of tape would easily fix the crack. The person I emailed (Tony) could not have been more friendly or helpful, they sent a replacement straight away (with even more packing to ensure it would arrive safely) even though I suspect that the chicks would have been fine with the cracked tray. The products look top notch and coupled with a fantastic service I wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely be using again the future. Thank you”
