“When I have needed help these people have been fantastic if they don't know the answer its not worth knowing they are my first stop to call and the only call i need to make as they will have sorted my problem thank you very much”

“We have had nothing but trouble with the incubator, the settings are a nightmare to sort out and with no one to talk you though it is very frustrating. We will be sending another email on Monday to try and sort the problems out. Linda Hills”

Hello Linda, thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear you are having some issues getting your machine set up. To receive this review is a little surprising as we have been communicating with you and trying to assist you with setting your machine up. You first originally contacted us 21st of June with a request to return the machine, to which we replied with our return instructions. You later replied with questions regarding whether the machine was fan-assisted or not and asked for some help on how to change the settings we replied on the 23rd of June with the answers to your questions along with some simple instructions on how to adjust and change your settings, to which we have not received a reply. If you haven't received our more recently email sent to you on Thursday please check your junk mail or if you still have questions or need more assistance please contact us and we are more than happy to continue trying to help you. If you are struggling to get on with the machine, please return the machine to us as you originally requested to do and we will be more than happy to refund you on its return. “Ordered the Rcom Insect incubator after being alerted by the Uncubator shops "back in stock" option. Added to order with no problems. Kept informed at all stages throughout the process and incubator delivered super quick. Excellent service all round.”

“Fantastic! We are in the middle of a Covid pandemic. But you couldn't tell! The service from them was outstanding. All questions answered prompty, product arrived quickly, extra plastic feet for the feeders included at no cost. And then when I had a minor issue with one of them, it was dealt with quickly and without fuss! I will be back!”

“Generally excellent service. My gripe is about the postage to the Scottish Highlands, particularly for a small, light item like the evaporation pads I ordered this time. We are consistently being penalised in spite of the fact that we are mainland U.K. and Royal Mail charge the same to deliver here as to the rest of the U.K.”

“we are delighted with this product. 4 of our eggs were not fertilised but 9 of the remaining 10 hatched out to the excitement of my grandson. Any queries were handled by expert advisers at Brinsea. It has been a joyful experience!”
