“I must say customer service and communication are amazing. I had a problem my Rcom incubator, so I emailed company to see if they could help, reply to my email was very quick. After a few emails, the advice they gave me fixed my incubator. Cannot thank them enough for the help and support you receive from this company. absolutely first class service.”

“Excellent company, my advice is to pay the extra for a good incubator from a knowledgeable & trusted shop, I have bought two incubators from them for Emu & Duck eggs and the delivery was fast, well packaged and excellent products! Highly recommend to all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I can't fault them, customer service and communication was amazing. I had an issue with DPD but Bronti resolved the issue and had the part sent straight out to me. I wish all companies had this level of service. Keep going everyone, you're a pleasure to do business with.”
