“Wanted Thick Silicone Tube (1 Mtr) Product Code: 774 Manufacturer ID. 14.412 = £5.99 as the one on my Humidity Control pump had a hole in it. Well it arrived but amazed that the p&p was the same price as the replacement pipe £5.99, that is extortion for small lightweight item that could have been popped into an envelope and delivered by Royal Mail for £1!!!! Next time will buy a cheap roll from Amazon or ebay!”

“Never had a problem so didnot need customer service ,deliverd on time as stated.have since seen this cheaper at mole stores +no delivery charge😟.read instructions carefully ,set for hen eggs ,i have guineafowl eggs ,managed quite well for first time using incubator 12/16chicks .only -difficult to see digital display when humidity turned up.”

“exactly what we needed, fast delivery, (tho one delivered on saturday(next day delivery paid for) and one delivered on monday!)0rdered at same time. also,no phone contact available which is a shame. neverthe less..very good thanks”

“Ordered on line got next day delivery and was here early next morning. Well wrapped . Did have a piece missing . The grid in the middle . Contacted brinsea to get it sent and was here posted same day .”
