Great product but I has 3 orders arrive same day in different packages 'and 3 lots of postage charges when they could have put them all together in one parcel and refunded difference.

Hello David, Thank you for your review and your feedback. I can see you placed your orders over the weekend all the next working day service. We try, where possible to try spot multiple orders and send them together to save on the postage for our customers. When separate orders are placed over the weekend when we come to process and dispatch them on a Monday we can't always see a customer has placed more than one order. I do apologise that we were unable to spot the orders you'd placed over the weekend and send them together in one parcel, however, as a gesture I have refunded the postage you paid on two of your orders. If you happen to place multiple orders within a short space of time, please contact us with your order numbers and we will be happy to see if we can send them together. No options for telephone contact! Had query regarding my order which needed resolving before shipping. Only contact option is through website, 5 days passed and still no response however item was shipped regardless.

Hi Peter, I'm so sorry to hear about your experience and wholeheartedly apologise for the inconvenience. You're correct that we don't offer a telephone service, but we do have a (usually) very reliable email system and typically reply to customers within an hour or two at most. But, on this occasion it looks like your email never reached us, we have since discovered an error on our website that prevented the email reaching us. Again, i am so sorry about this. For the trouble, we'd like to offer you a 50% refund on your order. I hope this is okay. I ordered an incubator with a next day delivery on the 7th July I still have not received today 13th July The customer service seem to be blaming the courier - regardless if this is the couriers fault or not I am still without a product and £150 out of pocket and no offer has been made to ship a replacement at all - Very Poor service indeed from my experience

Hi, thank you very much for leaving a review. Although it's very disappointing to see it's only a 2*. We always strive to deliver a 5* service and take all reviews very seriously. I can completely understand your frustration at the price of the humidity pad you purchased. I also believe it to be very expensive for something so simple. The problem is that those humidity pads are produced in very small quantities, and have to be imported from overseas. The combination of those factors makes it very difficult for our family business to reduce the price any more. After packing and outward postage are taken into account, we actually only just break-even on the sale of each pad. I genuinely wish there was more we could do to assist you with the price. We will actively encourage the manufacturer to source cost reductions on the item. In your parcel you should have received a card offering discount on your next purchase. On larger items, that discount should hopefully off-set any extra expense incurred on this order. Before ordering in the future, please get in touch with us directly and we'll always do our best to make sure we reduce the price as much as possible. I hope this helps you to understand the reason for the high price, and our commitment to a 5* customer experience. If there is anything more I can do to help, just let me know. Sorry to report, I received the order but the plastic water connector is broken so I’m waiting to hear about possible replacement.

Dear Andrea, Thank you very much for leaving a review for our customer service. But i'm deeply saddened to see it was only a 2-star. We were made aware of the damage on Friday 14th. Upon which we immediately contacted the manufacturer to organise a replacement part. We responded to your email immediately to let you know that the manufacturer would be in touch with you directly on Monday 17th (today) to arrange the part and describe how to assemble it. This morning, we have already contacted you to keep you informed, and also to offer a £20 refund in order to compensate for your troubles. We acknowledge that there was a damage caused in transit, and understand that this is very frustrating. But, as a small business, we operated swiftly, professionally and politely in order help you to the very best of our abilities. I would hugely appreciate it if you could update your review to reflect this. We rely on our reputation of 5-star customer service. The drinkers were the third set I'd had -previous two seemed better packed.These probably had too many in the one box consequently one of the handles was badly twisted. Additionally there were several plastic tops for some kind of feeder included.
