1 star for the spam email begging me to tell the world how wonderful they are simply because they managed to supply the item I ordered.

The pump has stopped working wasted expensive eggs and their warranty is pathetic they has asked need to sent pump for repair waste of money not reliable

Dear Muhammad, thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Based on the information you provided, we suspected there may be an issue with the humidity pump supplied with the incubator you purchased. Although the incubator is 22 months old it is still covered by the warranty agreement. It is standard procedure in any industry to require the allegedly faulty goods covered by a warranty to be returned so they can be inspected and serviced before they are repaired or replaced. Please understand we cannot repair of replace items without them being returned first. We have kindly asked that you return the pump and the Incubator so we can test them both, and service the machine to ensure it is in full working order before you start hatching again and rectifying any issues by repairing or replacing the item if required. All are free of charge under your warranty agreement. We do not see this as an unnecessary request when all we are trying to do is resolve an issue you have reported as quickly as we can. If you have any queries regarding this process and still wish to return the incubator and pump. Please email me and I would be more than happy to assist you with the next steps. Hello and thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you have not yet received your order. Upon looking into it further, I can see you placed your order on the 24th of August and it was dispatched the following working day with DPD to be delivered within 3 working days. Having checked the tracking it shows the order was delivered on Monday the 29th of August. We have had nothing but trouble with the incubator, the settings are a nightmare to sort out and with no one to talk you though it is very frustrating. We will be sending another email on Monday to try and sort the problems out. Linda Hills

Hello Linda, thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear you are having some issues getting your machine set up. To receive this review is a little surprising as we have been communicating with you and trying to assist you with setting your machine up. You first originally contacted us 21st of June with a request to return the machine, to which we replied with our return instructions. You later replied with questions regarding whether the machine was fan-assisted or not and asked for some help on how to change the settings we replied on the 23rd of June with the answers to your questions along with some simple instructions on how to adjust and change your settings, to which we have not received a reply. If you haven't received our more recently email sent to you on Thursday please check your junk mail or if you still have questions or need more assistance please contact us and we are more than happy to continue trying to help you. If you are struggling to get on with the machine, please return the machine to us as you originally requested to do and we will be more than happy to refund you on its return. Not very good I mailed a message not answered. They have taken off, the telephone number. ??? So how exactly are communications to be had. Perha[s the same person that is debiting our funds just fine and efficiently should be taking care of the above.!!!

Hi Janet, I'm so, so sorry for missing your email. No excuses, you're exactly right, we missed it. Which as you'll see from our other reviews, is something that we've never done before. But in your case we can definitely confirm that your email wasn't replied to, and for that we wholeheartedly apologise. We changed to a contact-form system away from telephone lines last year, so that we could change our working procedures, allowing us to work remotely and deal with the huge increase in demand we experienced due to the pandemic. So far this has been working perfectly and we've been able to deliver an even higher level of service. But in your case, we missed the email pure and simply down to human error so i can totally understand your frustration. We'll now reply to your original email question separately and privately. Furthermore, we'll be refunding 10% of your order value back to you as a further apology. I hope you'll be able to forgive this slip-up and shop with us again in the future. Absolutely rubbish I want to speak to someone I think I’ve spent over £2000 and would like to speak to a person to trouble shoot about my incubator instead I have had to order every random part to get this working once it has been Solved I will be returning the incorrect items for a full refund , there is a forum online that have left seriously bad reviews about your store and your customer service I will be adding to it , I can not actually believe that no one has called me back !!

Hi Matthew, I'm really sorry for any misunderstanding. We actually emailed you back on 29 March 2021 at 3:38pm, offering to give you a call the following afternoon. Furthermore, we requested the incubator's serial number which we'll need prior to the call to ensure we have all the information available when we speak. We've at no point ignored your contacts or refused to speak to you and i'm very disappointed that you've resorted to leaving bad reviews about our small company when all we've tried to do is help you. It's also worth noting that the incubator which you are trying to repair was never actually purchased from us, so it's not a machine we're 100% familiar with. But despite that we're still discussing the case with the manufacturer so we can help you with it. Which is why we needed to liaise with you on email first, requesting serial numbers and photos so we can forward the information onto the manufacturer and provide the best advice. I have bought an incubator from you. It arrived a couple of days ago. You ask me for a review - on an incubator - after 2 days???? The instructions were unclear - some parts appear to be called different names on different pages.

To be clear, you ordered your incubator on 30th March 2021 at 3:20pm. Our cut-off time for next-day delivery is 2pm, so we dispatched the following day. We can see from the DPD tracking information that your incubator arrived at 3:37pm on Thu 01 Apr 2021... one week ago today, not 2-days ago as you suggest in your review. Despite what are still very challenging times, we still deliver incubators exactly on time and have dedicated support staff ready to answer any questions you have, or give you any help you need. You just need to ask and we'll be here to help. Furthermore, you have the right to return the item if you are unhappy with it. We'll even cover the return cost for you on this occasion if it helps you. We'd sooner have the incubator returned, rather than leave you with something you're unhappy with. The King Suro incubator you ordered is our single best-selling unit of 2021 so far and has been highly popular for the past decade. Purchased a Brinsea Mini Advance Incubator. Base was warped so unusable. However called up straight away & a new base was with me in 2 days. I was disappointed that the product was supposed to be checked before dispatch but more disappointed as I had eggs ready to go in. No stars or if I have to rate 1 star as product was useless, also I had originally paid extra for next day delivery which I did not get back. But the issue with the damaged product was resolved quickly so 4 stars for that. Hopefully the delay with the eggs will not be an issue
