“I run a hedgehog rescue and use the TLC50 incubators. Recently one stopped working correctly. I contacted Brinsea and explained the issue and was quickly given the help I needed plus a 50% discount on the electrical parts that were required to make the TLC50 a fully functioning unit again - just in time for hoglet season too :-) Big thank you to Sally and Josh for their excellent help.”

“Very easy to deal with & the product are always very good. I have had bit from them over the years & always very good. I did pay for next day delivery as I was in need of the part but it took two days to get to me. I understand this may be the couriers fault. But still frustrating never the less.”

“To be honest imthink I would have lost all my hatchlings if is wasn't for your this lovely Rcom digilog3. My incubators can't seem to keep the correct temp/ humidity I have two now for both incubators. Thanks”

Hi, I am sorry to hear this. Our phone line can get extremely busy at times and we don't always get chance to return calls immediately. We do advise customers try again or follow up with an email, if it's urgent. We do check the voicemails daily and will return any messages left as soon as possible, usually the same day and permitting the message is clear and contact number has been left to call back on.
