“Superb customer service, I accidentally placed the same order twice, Tony White instantly answered my request for help, even though the business was closed that week. He cancelled and refunded the second order and dispatched my order himself. I can't praise him enough. Thank you Tony.”

“I won’t be dealing with this seller and supplier of incubator parts again! I will upload video of my delivered product. I requested a refund and I was ignored and sent a replacement part, I didn’t want risk the parts after the discusting handling and service I received, this is a part that needs to protected as very fragile! Video of the courier they use throwing my £70 item over the gate.. listen to the bang!! I would strongly avoid this seller and shop the internet!”

Dear Peter Godwin We fully accept that the DPD driver mishandled your order and for that we apologised. Upon receiving your complaint, we immediately reported this to the DPD Area Manager who has since confirmed that the Driver was reprimanded for his unprofessional behaviour. In good faith we immediately sent you a replacement part and we have never once refused you a refund. In fact, we even sent you a prepaid returns label to return the original damaged item and replacement, which you have never returned to us. Instead, you simply chose to send us a negative review for an issue we did everything possible to help and resolve. An issue where we remained polite and professional throughout and you responded with rude and offensive language. If you’d like to return the order to us at your earliest opportunity and we’d be more than happy to refund you on its return. If you require a new label, please send me an email and a new pre-paid return label will be issued. Kind Regards Bronti

“I bought an Ovaview egg candler from The Incubator Shop about a year or so ago. Realy goo bit of kit, unfortunately the led failed. I contacted them and asked if there was something I could do to rectify the problem. Three days later a brand new one was delivered to me in the post. These guys certainly have the best after sales customer care I have ever come across. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Excellent product and superb service.”
