“Bronti and everyone else at the incubator shop are great. Excellent aftersales support and nice and polite. I had an issue with my Brinsea incubator which was not their fault. Resolved asap. So I’d definitely buy from again. Super fast delivery too. Thanks to everyone. Fantastic job for a small family business.”

“Do not recommend buying from this s company as they are very rude to you and when my delivery arrive there was nothing in box I paid a lot of money for my products and received nothing and they do no do anything about it do not 100% recommend these what so ever won’t be ordering from these again.”

Hello, We always pride ourselves on being helpful, polite, and providing our customers with the best service possible. So, I am sorry if we did not come across this way. We investigated this issue when you reported it to us on Friday the 4th of September after receiving your order on the 26th of August. During this investigation we were able to confirm with certainty the items for your order where picked, packed and shipped to you correctly. This was confirmed by serval facts from our warehouse team, through checking our stock system, a live stock tracking system which indicated the items had been sent and by the procedures the team follow to ensure items are not missed from orders. We also obtained information from our courier and as you were also unable to provide us with any additional information or images of what you received to contradict our findings it led us to be able to conclude your items where in the box delivered to you on the 26th of August. Our findings were outlined to you in our emails to you on Friday and we asked if it was at all possible someone else at the residence had removed the items from the box prior to you checking in the box. To which to responded to us in a rude manor and threatened us with a negative review. We do not respond to threats of negative feedback and won’t be forced to act, especially when there is a strong indication it may have been a fraudulent claim. We take suspected fraud extremely seriously. We know mistakes happen, if we had found that an error had been made and sent something incorrectly, we would correct our mistake. On this occasion we strongly believe no mistake was made and your items where delivered to you. Kind Regards. The Incubator Shop.

“I run a hedgehog rescue and use the TLC50 incubators. Recently one stopped working correctly. I contacted Brinsea and explained the issue and was quickly given the help I needed plus a 50% discount on the electrical parts that were required to make the TLC50 a fully functioning unit again - just in time for hoglet season too :-) Big thank you to Sally and Josh for their excellent help.”
