The website images provide an accurate description of the imitation eggs that I ordered. The items were delivered three working days following my order, arrived well packaged and with the contents intact. Reasonably priced given the good quality of the products.

I have bought various items over the years from The Incubator Shop. The best thing for me is that there is always someone at the end of the phone to help out with problems/queries etc however small. They always have time to help.

Very easy to deal with & the product are always very good. I have had bit from them over the years & always very good. I did pay for next day delivery as I was in need of the part but it took two days to get to me. I understand this may be the couriers fault. But still frustrating never the less.

To be honest imthink I would have lost all my hatchlings if is wasn't for your this lovely Rcom digilog3. My incubators can't seem to keep the correct temp/ humidity I have two now for both incubators. Thanks

Hi, I am sorry to hear this. Our phone line can get extremely busy at times and we don't always get chance to return calls immediately. We do advise customers try again or follow up with an email, if it's urgent. We do check the voicemails daily and will return any messages left as soon as possible, usually the same day and permitting the message is clear and contact number has been left to call back on. Customer Service at TIS is unbelievably good. Advice by email within 24 hours for incubators I didn't even buy from them (though obviously I did get the spares I needed!) Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. All too rare these days! I won't even look anywhere else. Thankyou.

I originally left a negative review but feel I need to revise given the circumstances. I paid via paypal which has an issue between payment and return to merchant, giving a false "problem" and duplicated my order. I contacted the incubator shop but had concerns they would not see the error in time and contacted paypal. Paypal blamed the Incubator shop and opened a case and immediately closing it and I contacted the incubator shop to say that paypal had resolved the issue. In the meantime, the incubator shop contacted paypal about a case raised and closed. Paypal advised that I was probably a scammer. This obviously rubbed both parties up the wrong way but after taking time to diligently read my initial review, and a little time to calm down, we shared our experiences and worked out exactly what went wrong. The owner approaced the whole situation kindly and openly and reassured me (Im neurodivergent so can be a little heated when stressed.) The incubator shop got my heat plate out to me very quickly, over easter too and my chicks are happy and healthy. I will definatly use them in the future as the way the situation was handled was very reassuring. Thanks again
