Thank you so much for your kind review and for the feedback too. Our lack of telephone service is only a temporary thing due to the coronavirus. Our telephone staff are working from home so the only people in the building are here to ensure all our parcels are picked packed and dispatched on time. So we're helping via email instead for the moment. Please let me know what details or how-to-use guides you need and i'll make sure we publish some to the site to help future customers. Go to https://www.theincubatorshop.co.uk/help/ and let us know what you need. Thanks again! Mike

“Outstanding service at a particularly challenging time for businesses. I placed an order for next day delivery at around 3pm (never for a moment imagining that it would arrive within 24 hours due to the Covid 19 restrictions) however shortly after noon the next day it was on my doorstep! Absolutely delighted and have already placed my next order with this family run company. Thanks guys!”
