“Highly recommended the incubator shop. I live in the Scottish Highlands I ordered Thursday and it arrive Saturday. I normally have to wait at least a week. I'm so very impressed. Will update once babies have hatched.”

“I have purchased items from the team at the Incubator Shop on a couple of occasions but Bronti has surpassed all expectations with her service and prompt action with dealing with my request. “Excellent customer service - I need an incubator urgently because mine had broken with eggs in and despite me missing the cut off for next day delivery, when I contacted them to ask they still got me one delivered for the next day! Excellent service.”

“Had a slight problem with the turning motor on my incubator, no fault of the incubator shop as this product was brand new. When informed of my issue, a replacement part was sent straight away. First class customer service, thank you, cannot fault. All working as should with the least amount of fuss. Would definitely use the shop in the future, so glad I didn’t go elsewhere.”
