“Ordered firstly an incubator (River Systems) through here after being recommended this shop by the breeder of the hatching eggs I was getting. After super fast, notified delivery we then proceeded to order a brooder, drinks, feeders etc. as well! Again, all arrived in fantastic time and packaged wonderfully. Incubator is currently running on Day 3 and manual thermometer is in sync with temp shown which is wonderful. Fingers crossed for a happy hatching also!”

“What a great service, especially during these difficult times. We weren't expecting a speedy deliver given the covid restriction but we received our incubator within a few days. We also received a lovely follow up email, thanking us for our order (not the automatic order confirmation) telling us about the family and their business. My daughter and I really appreciated the packet of Loveheart sweets included in our parcel too ❤️ Such a nice touch. Great products and fantastic service from this small family run business.”

“I live in the USA but Bronti was so helpful. I have an rcom 50 max that was going wonkers on the heat. I bought the digilog3 thermometer/humidity off Amazon to get an accurate read then he sent me instructions on how to calibrate. Wow. Customer service above and beyond for a non customer. If I lived in the UK, all my Rcom parts would come from here! Thanks,”
