“The personal care an attention from this company was amazing and very refreshing for an online purchase. I would recommend them to anyone and genuinely felt heartened by their attention to detail. The product is top quality and perfect for what we need, the chucks soon got the hang of it.”

“Very easy to find what I wanted, quick dispatch of order. However owing I guess to Covid 19, Royal Mail's delivery was a bit slow”

It's brilliant to receive your review. Thank you so much for supporting our family business. Apologies that the delivery was slower than expected. It's true that Royal Mail are struggling with demand a little. But having looked into your order i think the main reason for the delay was actually that your order was placed on Friday 1st May which was a Friday after our cut-off time of 2pm. Therefore we sent your order on Monday 4th which could have accounted for the extra day or so. But thank you so much for letting us know. We'll keep an eye on things and adjust our messaging if necessary. Thanks again and best wishes, Mike.
