“The incubator shop have been excellent both in advice and customer service. Through no fault of the incubator shop's; DPD lost my shipment. Bronti was super efficient at sorting this out for me, got the item re-delivered within a day and assured me not to worry about my arriving quails eggs with some advice before incubating. She also refunded my postage cost which I neither asked for nor expected. All round excellent service. Thank you.”

“I am very pleased with both the incubator and brooder, recently purchased from the Incubator Shop and have successfully hatched 4 ducklings, which are now happily in the brooder. The brooder arrived only the day after I ordered it and the whole service has been prompt and efficient. I found the instructions for the products easy enough to understand and liked the fact that if I had any problems I could get in touch for advice. Thanks to all.”

“Speedy,efficient service. Thank you so much,proof that the little guys do stuff better!!!! Only thing to add,would have been nice to know the delivery info was from you, got a random e-mail from a company I didn't know, worked it out when I saw they were in Beverley too, just because we had some of the scam royal mail e-mails. Thanks again.”
