“Service was fantastic. To be Frank something was not quite as clear on the website and I ended up needing parts for the new incubator I bought that was not made clear on the site. I asked them why this was not made clear and I was disappointed with having to pay extra postage again They replied within 5h, sent the parts free of charge to me, dispatched on the friday, with me saturday. They even gave me advice on incubating my eggs. I must say it's a breath of fresh air to find good old fashioned service from a company selling products they know to customers they care about rather than peddling products they know nothing about. Never bought from them before but certainly would again. Brilliant.”

“Very good customer service, as always. Unusually had a problem with the incubator I bought, I did all the checks they asked, and the next email was them saying a replacement unit was on the way, it had been tested, and it would be with me next day. Can’t fault that!”
