“I have bought an incubator from you. It arrived a couple of days ago. You ask me for a review - on an incubator - after 2 days???? The instructions were unclear - some parts appear to be called different names on different pages.”

Hi Robert, I'm extremely disappointed to receive this review. I hope you will read my reply below and consider revising it to be a little fairer. To be clear, you ordered your incubator on 30th March 2021 at 3:20pm. Our cut-off time for next-day delivery is 2pm, so we dispatched the following day. We can see from the DPD tracking information that your incubator arrived at 3:37pm on Thu 01 Apr 2021... one week ago today, not 2-days ago as you suggest in your review. Despite what are still very challenging times, we still deliver incubators exactly on time and have dedicated support staff ready to answer any questions you have, or give you any help you need. You just need to ask and we'll be here to help. Furthermore, you have the right to return the item if you are unhappy with it. We'll even cover the return cost for you on this occasion if it helps you. We'd sooner have the incubator returned, rather than leave you with something you're unhappy with. The King Suro incubator you ordered is our single best-selling unit of 2021 so far and has been highly popular for the past decade. We understand the incubator completely and can give any support you need. Please email us at support@theincubatorshop.co.uk and let me know exactly how you wish to proceed and we will help you. “Ordered on line got next day delivery and was here early next morning. Well wrapped . Did have a piece missing . The grid in the middle . Contacted brinsea to get it sent and was here posted same day .”

Thank you so much for your kind review, despite the challenges associated with Northern Ireland. You're exactly right that it's still part of the UK. But unfortunately, for customs purposes, it isn't part of the UK anymore. Small businesses, like ours, have been hit with huge bills when sending to N.I. resulting from paperwork necessary after the Brexit deal and specifically, the Northern Ireland Protocol. I wish there was a way to avoid it, but unfortunately, we've had to pass these increased costs onto our N.I. customers. Not only has the Northern Ireland Protocol impacted our business, it's most importantly, disadvantaged the people of Northern Ireland. We encourage our Northern Ireland customers to write to their local MPs to encourage something to be done to ease the troublesome arrangements that have effectively created a barrier between Northern Ireland and the rest of the U.K. Best wishes and Kind regards, Mike - The Incubator Shop
