“My order (ceramic eggs) was despatched very swiftly, but the local DPD had a problem with the delivery (I live in a slightly-difficult-to-find place), I contacted The Incubator shop and within 20 minutes had a response from them and an email from DPD saying that they had been asked to redeliver my parcel - which then arrived exactly when it was supposed to. The fragile order was very well packaged, and survived its extended courier experience in perfect condition. All in all - excellent friendly and helpful customer service :-)”

“Excellent customer service - even during the lockdown. When I had a problem it was sorted out quickly and a refund given. I've used Incubator Shop before and always been very happy, with goods arriving quickly.”

“I purchased a Brinsea tlc40 eco for our small rescue(hedgehogs) i put newborns in and really sick hogs,it has been a very valuable piece of equipment and saved many little lives and would recomend this equipment to anyone its first class.f”
