“Cannot recommend highly enough!! Very quick to resolve any issues, and extremely knowledgeable about there products. An honest and trustworthy company that won’t rip you off!! Bought many excellent machines from these guys and wouldn’t go anywhere else!!”

“Advised by brinsea to try this outlet for spare parts for my incubator that were needed in a hurry. Absolutely brilliant service great staff. Parts were available and sent out arriving with me the next morning and averting a chick disaster. Thank you highly recommend this company”

“Thank you, I received my Brinsea Mini II Advance with next day delivery and have ducklings waiting to hatch in a week. It seems to be working fine and is much easier than hatching and turning eggs under a lamp. The information leaflet provided was very useful. I have now ordered the chick brooder in anticipation. The ordering and delivery was easy and the item was well packaged.”

“Borrowed similar incubator from a friend and it was great. This year we wanted to buy our own and another friend also bought one for us so we ended up with two RCOM KING SURO Max 20 automatic incubators. They ordered the same product from The Incubator Shop on the exact same day as we did! We returned our for a refund which was no hassle at all. Used recommended courier and money was back in our account not long after they received the item back. Additionally they sent us a drinker free of charge after the nipple drinker went out of stock before our order could be fulfilled and the nipple drinker amount was refunded. Good customer service!”
