“I was having a problem with my Rcom brooder. I contacted the incubator shop and spoke with Bronti who gave me some great tech advice and directed me to the correct spares to help me fix the problem. The spares were dispatched and delivered very quickly. Great service and support Many thanks”

“I bought a brooder kit form here 2 years ago which has served me perfectly, we currently have a batch of quail in it now. But we had an accidental hatch by the worlds most rubbish parents and desperately needed a 2nd brooder. I tried locally to get one the same day but nothing. I managed to order at the incubator shop with minutes to spare and also phoned to make sure it would arrive next day. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful and within minutes my order was dispatched and arrived very quickly and very well packaged. Really can't ask for any more than that”

“Had an issue with an incubator I purchased in 2021, contacted them this year (2025) and Bronti swiftly replied and sent me out a replacement part which solved my issue instantly. Excellent customer service from Bronti and the 3 incubators I have ordered from here have all been delivered quickly and at a very reasonable price.”

“I wanted a good incubator for my son for Christmas, (Brinsea Ovation 56 EX Incubator (Automatic) - With FREE EcoGlow 1200 Chick Brooder). I emailed asking which size of egg racks for peafowl eggs. Tony replied and was most helpful. In fact he went so far as to include in my order large egg racks as part of a research project for future inquiries. I placed my order at 1.30pm and received it at 8.30am the next morning, fantastic service! I will review again in the springtime when hopefully we have eggs to hatch and can confirm which size racks fit best. I'm so glad I emailed to ask advice, thank you Tony for your help. Don't hesitate to use The Incubator Shop, best price, helpful and next day delivery. Truly worth 5*****”

“Cannot speak highly enough for the customer service i received, ordered items on line, shipped out straight away for next day delivery, unfortunately the courier company misplaced the item. Tony was very helpful in sorting this problem and rather than waiting to see if the courier company found the item he dispatched another one for next day delivery, it arrived by noon next day, Tony and his team kept me informed by email and phone throughout, in short, very helpful and very informative, went that extra mile to make it happen (a rareity these days!!) Thank you to all.”
