“I had an issue with an incubator and wanted to upgrade it. The customer service team answered my query extremely quickly. They asked pertinent questions and replied to my emails within the hour. Not only that, they immediately helped and arranged for the upgrade and refund without a quibble. It is not often that a company treats their customers with respect and understanding and for this I am so grateful. Exceptional customer service which made me feel valued, thank you so much.”

“Purchased our first King Suro and Brooder Cage from you guys when living on the Isle of Skye. Never an issue and worked well, simply decided to update to the latest chipset. Now have the King Suro MAX 20 and hope for the same results or better. Love your Brooder Cage but a little expensive at £139.99 Any possible reduction in price and I will purchase immediately. Room for thought perhaps. Great products, great service, quick despatch.”
