“I had an issue with the heater on my incubator and got every bit information and assistance needed. The replacement part was with me within 48hours. “The incubator came very quickly. The Brinsea low room temperature alarm is driving me crazy - no I'm not going to turn the heating on just to stop it! - but that's no fault of the Incubator Shop!!”
