“I bought an Ovaview egg candler from The Incubator Shop about a year or so ago. Realy goo bit of kit, unfortunately the led failed. I contacted them and asked if there was something I could do to rectify the problem. Three days later a brand new one was delivered to me in the post. These guys certainly have the best after sales customer care I have ever come across. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Excellent product and superb service.”

“I had an issue with the heater on my incubator and got every bit information and assistance needed. The replacement part was with me within 48hours.
