“Had a slight problem with the turning motor on my incubator, no fault of the incubator shop as this product was brand new. When informed of my issue, a replacement part was sent straight away. First class customer service, thank you, cannot fault. All working as should with the least amount of fuss. Would definitely use the shop in the future, so glad I didn’t go elsewhere.”

“I had a question about repairing my incubator, a rather old R-Com 20. Although I was told that they had never stocked the machine I have, they willingly contacted the manufacturer and got an answer for me.”
