“Received incubator next day. Was a bit confused on how to maintain humidity levels as this was a rcom eco 10 without auto control, so phoned the incubator shop who's staff were great and provided information I needed. Great service.”

“I was in a real bind id ordered the wrong sized egg tray for my incubator and I was so happy to not be treated like an idiot and was very helpfully sorted out , I have nothing but high praise for the support ,advice and help I have received from every person I have spoken to xxxx”
