“This was my second purchase from them. Their staff are friendly and helpful. Instant price match on their web site is excellent. Speed of delivery amazing too. My order arrived in 19 hours!! Can't fault them. 5 stars all round!!”

“Purchased a Brinsea Mini Advance Incubator. Base was warped so unusable. However called up straight away & a new base was with me in 2 days. I was disappointed that the product was supposed to be checked before dispatch but more disappointed as I had eggs ready to go in. No stars or if I have to rate 1 star as product was useless, also I had originally paid extra for next day delivery which I did not get back. But the issue with the damaged product was resolved quickly so 4 stars for that. Hopefully the delay with the eggs will not be an issue”

“I have set up and checked the Brinsea Octagon 20 Advance Humidity Pump with the incubator and all working great. Haven't set any eggs yet but looks Goodings is quiet. I have also downloaded the app and will use it although a duck option would help as we are putting duck eggs in & they need an extra 7 days. The kids like the app.”

“I ordered on-line and within 2days the light was with me. Excellent light I could see through the darker shells without any problem easy to use and a battery attachment to -boot, that I wasn't aware of, but very handy when not near a power point !”

“I thought the product and delivery where very good but read the product description wrong. I assumed the 25 hot plate brooder was meant for 25 chicks and not 15 to 20. Had I realised this I would have ordered a bigger one, however overall service was good.”
