“I have an rcom incubator for 50 eggs from the incubator shop, excellent product but more importantly I wanted some knowledgable advice when I came to buy it, so I rang and you were so helpful. The delivery was very prompt and when I recently ordered an extra egg tray it arrived so quickly. The app is great fun, lovely to involve visitors in what is going on in the box in the corner! They can see an animation of chick development on my iPad. I will definitely use you again for this type of product. Thank you.”

“the service from you people is very good but the product needs more description, was dissapointed in the quality of the incubator. very touchy only works when installed indoors, will not last the 3 yrs warranty, will let you know on performance if eggs hatch. Please let people know incubator is made of expanded polystyrene, hard to tell from pictures.”

“The service I received was excellent, the only slight criticism was that the instruction book which came with the incubator could of made it clearer on how to set it up to start with and the pictures could have been larger and clearer, but that's not to say the service I had was top notch and I will definitely use the incubator shop again.”
