“Brilliant service from start to finish. I made a mistake with my original order which I placed at the weekend - this was sorted out for me first thing on Monday morning by Tony without any hassle. The Arcom 50 Pro was delivered the next day as promised and has proved to be a great purchase. Amazing customer service provided by such very friendly people . Thank you.”

“Thank you so much for helping me out. I started the season without replacing the tubing on my humidity pump and it has perished with my first tray in there. “The package arrived as expected and the incubator was simple to set up, (1st 6 eggs on the go as we write). I had a small issue of little concern that was dealt with swiftly by the incubator shop, I am one happy customer hoping to be the proud owner of happy chicks.
