“Excellent service in every way. Ordered in the morning, dispatched in the afternoon, email to tell me the day of delivery and email to tell me the expected time slot. Arrived 5 mins into time slot - 48hrs after ordering - fantastic. Oh and the brooder kit I ordered is fantastic too!”

“Hi - I found buying, delivery and customer service top notch, and would use again. Also customer service was friendly and helpful, and it is good to know that The Incubator Shop not only sell the product, but have a good knowledge and are able to give valuable advice on the subject of incubators,on how they work, and on egg hatching as a whole, and take the time and have the knowledge to answer all questions on the subject. I did a little bit of homework first on what make to buy and what model and in the end I bought a Brinsea 20 advance model, which I am using currently to try to hatch eggs - 6 days now into the event. Brinsea as I understand it is one of the recommended if not the to recommended make that one can buy, the better the product the higher the hatching rate. Remember though to complete the guarantee card within 30 days though for a 3 year guarantee. I am hopeful that success will follow as I have only been using it for 6 days now. The incubators to avoid are some Chinese models that do not comply with the 1994 electricity regulations. The ones to consider are Brinsea and those that are automatic with a turner so one does not have to turn the eggs. My advice is not to buy by post, but from an chicken breeder or auction and to buy pure breeds hatching eggs. i would have no hesitation in buying from The Incubator Shop again.
