“I have had meny brinsea products over the years for raising ducks, chickens, rabbits and pigeons. I have had very good hatch rates, with both big and small incubators. And the brooders have been very good and easy to use. Recently I had a faulty product, however this was delt with immediately, and I am a very satisfied customer. I have total faith in all brinsea products and will continue to buy from them for all my future needs.”

“didn't notice it was out of stock was expecting it sooner rather than later ,so my rating came to their attention and i was explained the situation and just waiting for it to arrive now ,so would like to apologise if anyone read my review and thought anything bad ,it was my mistake .”

“I was very impressed with the Incubator shop. Firstly they delivered my order very quickly - next day I believe. Unfortunately I had made an error with the ordering and ordered the basic model rather than the upgraded one. I telephoned them expecting them to say that I would have to order the upgrade, which was basically an accessory, at full price. To my surprise the very pleasant assistant said that they would send me the upgrade part and only charge me the difference between the basic v upgraded model plus postage. This saved me about £40 so I was very happy. I will certainly use them again”
