“The incubator I purchased is very quiet and very nice, I love it, its incubating 4 successfully fertilized eggs and they should hatch on schedule. My previous incubator was failing, and I needed an urgent replacement. This one has been successful. When I ordered this on friday I asked if it were possible to get the incubator delivered on Saturday, they were fast to respond and said yes, they will get it to me Saturday. I am beyond impressed with customer service with the incubator shop. They were amazing. Thank you guys so much you saved the lives of 4, and maybe even 6 cockatiels if the two new eggs laid outside their nest box turn out fertile like the others did. Im extremely happy with service and HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone who needs one, Price is fair and definitely worth this service I get with them.”

“First class service and support. The incubator arrived next day and is working well. Question about use answered promptly. The iHatch app is really great, the images (drawn) of the inside of the egg at daily stages are fascinating. Will certainly use again if we need anything that they stock.”

“Very good service. The incubator arrived very quickly and was well packaged to avaoid damage. I telephoned the company as I had a question regarding the workings of the incubator and was given clear and easy to understand answers that did not make me feel like an idiot. Great support Thank you”

“I was looking for a incubator for a totally different job. I talked to one person who was honest and said I am not the best person to answer your questions. I will get the person to ring in 30 mins and 10 mins later the person rang. This person knew his stuff and talked me through both incubators I was looking at. Personal service is very high to me and this company has it. Just wised all business had the same level of service these days the world would be a lot better place. I had no problems in buying the items the gentleman talked to me about”
