“I was very impressed with the Incubator shop. Firstly they delivered my order very quickly - next day I believe. Unfortunately I had made an error with the ordering and ordered the basic model rather than the upgraded one. I telephoned them expecting them to say that I would have to order the upgrade, which was basically an accessory, at full price. To my surprise the very pleasant assistant said that they would send me the upgrade part and only charge me the difference between the basic v upgraded model plus postage. This saved me about £40 so I was very happy. I will certainly use them again”

“The incubator I purchased is very quiet and very nice, I love it, its incubating 4 successfully fertilized eggs and they should hatch on schedule. My previous incubator was failing, and I needed an urgent replacement. This one has been successful. When I ordered this on friday I asked if it were possible to get the incubator delivered on Saturday, they were fast to respond and said yes, they will get it to me Saturday. I am beyond impressed with customer service with the incubator shop. They were amazing. Thank you guys so much you saved the lives of 4, and maybe even 6 cockatiels if the two new eggs laid outside their nest box turn out fertile like the others did. Im extremely happy with service and HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone who needs one, Price is fair and definitely worth this service I get with them.”
