“I rang up and asked about a Brinsea Octo48 ex. The guys went out their way to ensure it was out on collection that day as it was a late order.The phone manner and servive was 10/10.The incubator was delivered next day as promised.If your after a decent service then go with these guys.I have since bought other items from them and great service.Keep up the good work”

“I would recommend the incubator shop because the website was clear. It had what I was looking for. they sent my item quickly and efficiently keeping me up to date witH progress. The item was exactly as described with no parts missing. And does what it is supposed To. Whether it will hatch my eggs only time will tell.”

“As always, the service was first class. I am always hesitant to try new product, but the HovaBator as a hatcher was superb. First time of using it and a 100% hatch. You cannot get better than that. Thank you HovaBator and the Incubator Shop.”
