“The gift personalization was wrong took awhile to get any resolution I am still waiting for the

“I ordered a front paper print on Wednesday 30th April on Thutsday 1st May I contacted your customer service ro say I had put on the wrong date and asked if I could change the date from the 7thmay to the 9th may was told it had been processed and would ne out for delivery but was not delivered until the 9th May does not take over a week for delivery.I dont thinlk customer service even bothered to contabt dispatch to see if it had been sent.No help at all.I was in tears abd was told to send it back when it was received.Surely it was not all done in less than 24hours,Customers keep these people in a job.Need more training.Was told to return it saying wrong date.Im sure it could have been altered as I said you were contacted within 24hours.Had to go out and purchase somethin else as it was for an 80th birthday if I could it would be nil stars”
“Very bad experience with The Gift Experience. They sub contract the experiences out to a hotel group called OMG (check out the awful reviews on Trust Pilot). We never got to have our experience (the day it was booked for the experience the experience wasn't even open). We have tried phone calls & e-mails to get our money returned, to no avail. I will certainly never be using this web site again.”

“Clock was not working and nut on the end of the winder fell off when trying to move the hands to the correct time. I have already emailed to complain and ask for a label to be sent so that I can return the clock. It is a personalised gift and is required for 24th May”
