“Very good and very bad at the same time!
Ordered an item on March 4th and it was delivered on March 7th, so from that perspective, all is fine.
However, I never received an order confirmation, nor did I receive a notification to say that the item had shipped. As a result of this, the gift I ordered (for a friend) was delivered without my knowledge and left in a "safe place" that neither my friend or I were aware of.
The item is excellent, so if The Gift Experience improved their communication, I would have given 5 stars”
“I ordered this watch for an 18th birthday. It had to be engraved. I paid for next day delivery. It arrived six days’ later. Too late for birthday, even if engraving took longer.
I will never use this firm again.”
