“I purchased a birthday gift experience and payed extra for nextday delivery. 4 days later it had not arrived. In response to my email I was, not terribly politely, incorrectly told that I had not purchased next day delivery and it would arrive within 3-5 working days.
Once I had established that this was indeed the case I was offered half the cost of the postage and no apology. Several emails later, still no apology or admittance that an error had been made. Avoid this company there are many others offering the same service reliably. It arrived 8 days after purchase.”

Therefore, we expected the latest dispatch date to be 27th April 2023. At checkout, you opted for the 2-5 working day delivery, which meant that we anticipated your order to arrive by 5th May 2023. I can only apologise if there was any confusion or misinterpretation regarding this.

This item does state 'personalised and posted within 1-3 working days' and you then selected 2-5 working day delivery at checkout - the latest we would have expected your order to arrive with you would of been 20th April, and I can see this did arrive with you by 14th April.

On looking into this, I can see your order was placed on 7th April and 2-5 working day delivery was selected. This was then delivered on 14th April, which was a total of 5 working days after the order was placed so unfortunately this would not have been classed as being delivered late.
