“I recently purchased a pair of personalised golden anniversary china mugs for my friends. The quality was excellent and I could include a personalised message engraved on the back which made them extra special. I was delighted with them and so were the recipients. The dispatch and delivery were very quick. My reason for not giving a five-star rating is that initially the mugs sent had 'diamond' instead of 'golden' anniversary engraved on them. Having said that, the problem was dealt with very efficiently and correct replacements were sent promptly and delivered in time for the important date. I will certainly be purchasing from The Gift Experience in the future.”
