With regards to the size this is always noted in the description, for future reference, although I am sorry you are disappointed with this.
I am sorry you thought that delivery was a little slow, unfortunately on occasion there can be delays in the delivery network which we do not have any control over.

I am sorry to read you are not completely happy with your experience. Whilst we do make the majority of our orders in house, we also work with a number of suppliers who specialise in other areas to offer a wider variety of gifts.
This means that we cannot always guarantee that all elements of an order will arrive in the same parcel, I do understand that this isn't always ideal especially if the gift is going directly to the recipient.
I hope this didn't diminish your experience significantly and that the gift was well received.
