“I contacted them about the product I had bought being faulty they made loads of excuses why the product was faulty.

nately a mistake had been made in the print. I phoned The Gift Experience who advised me to send a photo and they would replace the mug. A few days later another pair of mugs arrived with the correct printing. Was advised to keep both sets. I am very impressed with The Gift Experience and will definitely use them again and recommend to all my friends.”
