“Cushion arrived very squashed and creased as it was very tightly packed into the box it was in. The personalised wording is extremely faint and is just about readable. This is not worth the price paid and I won't be giving this as a present now as it would be too embarrassing.”

The Day You Were Born chart you received was true to the example shown on the website, which includes a number of photos that show the kind of information that is on there.
Also as it is a personalised item we are unable to refund this order as it cannot be reused, I am sorry about that.

“Ordering was easy online. I chose a personalised gift. Delivery was delayed due to the postal workers strike but when it was received it was well packaged and no damage had occurred to the cut glass tumblers. I was a little disappointed with the engraving. Although beautifully done, it was a bit feint and I had expected a more obvious engraving. However, the gift itself was well received and I was happy with my purchase.”
Thanks for your review, I'm so glad you are happy with your order! I am sorry that the engraving wasn't as prominent as you'd have liked, unfortunately we can only engrave to a certain depth without damaging the glass.
I am also very sorry to read that delivery took a little longer than estimated. Unfortunately, there can be unforeseen delays in the Royal Mail network which we have no control over, I know how frustrating it is to be waiting on a delivery and I can only apologise once again for any upset or inconvenience caused.
