Order arrived as scheduled but disappointed that an item had been left out. I received an email the evening prior, which had been sent to a number of customers, to advise that an item had been left out of the delivery. I have previously ordered from this company (same item) and service was better. Clearly overwhelmed by Christmas deliveries even though I placed my order over a month ago. Would have been good if they had been able to notify me of the missing item rather than a generic email advising that something had been left out and I would receive a refund.

I received everything I ordered on the correct date. Sadly, although the delivery company notified me when they'd be leaving the package, they neither rang my flat nor notified me that the package was left in the lobby, rather than being brought to my flat. I work from home and was home all day. I had meetings, but could have answered the door. Since they never rang, I thought they were running behind. Therefore, my items sat out for several hours after delivery. As I ordered the items primarily for New Year's, I immediately put them in the freezer and hope they'll be safe to eat next week. The pate needed to be eaten immediately. It was very good.

You’re asking for a review on frozen products which currently reside in our freezer. Delivery was very good. Checkout on the website was a bit confusing,as it didn’t appear you accepted Visa cards at the outset, only PayPal and one other. Delayed purchase as wasn’t sure. When finally went through, only then did I find cards were accepted. Obviously my fault at being digitally thick

Quality of product is good and very high. Delivery and customer management poor. Delivery didn’t arrive, it had been discarded by dpd. No status update and no update from fish society, emailed twice but nothing until called in. Rectified by next day delivery but missed the dinner party where I wanted to serve the fish which was disappointing.

Orders I have placed with you have been great. except the last one your driver let you down badly, I live in a complex for people who want to live independently but may need help so there are carers on hand, we also have a reception area, when your driver arrived to delivered the parcel, I had let the reception know I had a parcel with frozen food in it and would they make sure, he knew where my apartment was, I saw the driver arrive, and left very quickly without delivering it, I got in touch with the receptionist and she said he had tried to leave it in the foyer, which is open to everyone so anyone could come in and help themselves, which on rare occasions can happen. She told the driver she would give him directions to my apartment, but he didn't want them, he said he couldn't deliver to the apartment and was quite rude she said. |If I had known that was going to happen, I would have made my way down there in my wheelchair, which is quite a struggle for me, and then I had to carry the parcel as well as steer my wheelchair. which is electric so is awkward to manage a parcel, and he muttered something under his breath to her, she did ask him what he said but he said she didn't want to know, so all in all he ruined what I was looking forward to, I only hope he might someday have to struggle and see how it feels. However, I don't hold this against you and I am considering placing another order before Christmas, your crab claws are delicious, and so is your smoked salmon, I got some green lipped mussels last time so decided to try something different, maybe a lobster as a treat for Christmas, I have no family and live alone, they do a Christmas meal here but charge £39.75 per person!! So I am going to treat myself to something I know I will enjoy. Sorry to have to complain about your driver, but if I don't complain how can you fix the problem, I look forward to your next delivery, and if you can let me know the time he will be there I will get downstairs somehow, a call to say he would be about half an hour before and I should be downstairs by then. The delivery was on time the packaging was good. The freshness of the seafood was also good. The only thing that let it down was a one clawed lobster!
