The fish was fine, the service not so much. I specifically made the offer based on your numerous reminders about the free smoked salmon in November, only to have the order arrive without the smoked salmon. When I complained about this I was told that the smoked salmon could not be delivered separately and I could get a discount off a further order, meaning I would need to make a further order which might suit the Fish Society, but not me. I have now eventually been offered a refund.

Unfortunately the wrong postcode went out with our order so it never arrived in the end. A waste of £50.

The products are very high quality but very expensive. We absolutely detest getting email offers of discounts seconds after we have just placed an order, a right kick in the teeth. We also hate getting a stream of offers. It would be much better if you ditched all the promos and offers and just offered the products at the right price in a weekly email

I did not! I have sent two emails to ask why you repeatedly say you are giving free gifts after I have already spent over £200! Just saying!!!! Maybe if I come back next year I will spend less on first order!! Happened last year too! I am still getting repeated emails offering deals! Basically fed up just swipe!!!

Great products excellent service only to be spoilt - yet again - by not so much as a failed delivery but rather to wrong address. Thankfully prevailing cool conditions and first class packing meant that only 1 product had defrosted. but in the time frame to locate - 36 hours was used immediately. Possibly best to order only in sub zero conditions as the elected courier in successive deliveries has failed. The strongest part of a chain is it’s weakest link

The Fish Society only technically made me happy. The fish arrived 24 hours later than originally promised and wasn't frozen, even though it was still cold. I don't like re freezing products that have been defrosted. I only used 4 of the 8 fillets delivered and re froze the other 4. If there's the tiniest hint that the taste is not right, I will not be purchasing again from the Fish Society
