Quality products but far too many marketing emails

The fish was a present ‘ I made several orders however when notified the parcel was out for delivery it didn’t specify which parcel for me to notify them

The Fish Society delivered what we ordered when it said it would. Portions look a bit small compared with our usual supplier.

I will stop using Fish Society because whole fish is all organic and prices are no longer affordable

Not particularly impressed with overpriced and average quality. Only the clams and spanish mussel (many broken) were very good. Massive portions of barramundi for one person. John Dory far too expensive.

Everything arrived solidly frozen. One of the freezer bags had exploded and made everything mucky.

First time order has been delivered on due date. However, ice packs had defrosted and items were barely frozen.

Unable to order Arctic Char fillets, 'priority required' notice stops completion of the order. This has not occurred previously and I have ordered many times. Also, bream fillets have not been available for months. These two items are a main part of my very regular orders. Therefore currently not so happy with Fish Society and may be forced to search out other sites - please help!!!

So far, I have bought kippers and a selection of canapés for Christmas, so it is all waiting in the freezer. However, their delivery driver, DPD, keeps delivering to the wrong house! OR do not deliver at all! I am getting frustrated with this, I have asked the Fish Society team to look into it, tho because my neighbor was good enough to deliver stuff to me, they won’t investigate!

Hi Melodie, We do apologise for the difficulties with DPD. We understand how frustrating this is. DPD are the best of the worst and we do entrust them to do fulfil their services but we too are let down on a daily basis. We can only hope with constant feedback, services will improve. I was happy with all the items but UNHAPPY with the delivery. The parcel was clearly marked to be delivered to my flat 44 on the second floor but DPD left it in reception and ON THE FLOOR not even on a table. It is a major struggle for me to go down two floors and up again. I live alone and help is not usually available so I just can’t cope.
