“Delivery was never made despite daily emails from me alerting FishSociety to the issue. Ultimately offered no apology or acknowledgement of the not insignificant inconvenience caused. There is no excuse for poor customer service.”

“As a member for several years, paying the monthly £5 fee, one of the benefits was delivery before midday This last order's delivery was delayed until a time I was kot available late afternoon By which time the package had materially defrosted. As I intended to.keep frozen the products, this is not good. The fish will never be as fresh I tried to.contact fish society through the advised contact details but even 6 days later, no response. The fish is great but the service poor. Please cancel my membership”

“Although there was a difficulty with my order which had nothing to do with the fish society just the usual rubbish from DPD the effort and attention to customer needs was excellent. To add to this the quality of the fish was excellent. Thank you”

“Deliveries are always when they say they are, always cold. They have even taken to putting in more ice packs in this hot weather. Everything I have ordered has been great quality, conscripting on portions, you get what they say you get and it has always been of a high quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”
