“In general your products are too expensive but the quality is good. The lobster halves I received were so small for my order of large! I should have looked at the weight mentioned, Pleased I didn’t order small or medium! I won’t make that mistake again! Doubt I will order again anyway!”

“Good product -let down b a customer service issue. I ordered 4 Lobster Tails online then realised I wanted some Cod Loin. I phoned within the hour to add the Cod onto the order so there would be no extra carriage. I was told it was too late to amend the order and carriage would have to be charged and n the cod. The delivery arrived in one box which was a bit annoying to say the least. I also realised that I forgot to put the 20% discount code in and was given the same answer. Just smacks of short term sharp practice which doesn't encourage customer loyalty. Graham Scarsbrook”

Good afternoon Graham We're a little confused by this review because when we checked your order, both the lobster tails and cod loin were there. The discount code had not been applied to your order at the time of placing your order as you say but can see that it has been applied retrospectively. “Excellent service, excellent products. However, I’ve unsubscribed as the frequency of emails was becoming maddening, especially as I now also see Fish Society ads on my YouTube. I find this style of aggressive marketing leaves a bad taste in my mouth.”

“Firstly, these cans look very different from what we got use to order before. We liked the old ones more. Secondly- the price was so much higher! Sadly, after ordering them, I received an email about the temporary price drop...as if I am suppose to buy another 48 cans, because they are cheaper now... .”

“You will never be able to withdraw your investment, even after it grows exponentially. They keep telling me to keep increasing it until it reaches a certain percentage in order to be eligible to withdraw. As a result, I lose everything, including my profits. Fortunately, T O N E L I M I T E D.CO helped me recover all of my money, including my investment and profit.”
