I always got instructions and the expire date on either the front or the back of the package. But for this purchase it does not shows anything.

Good morning Nick We're sorry that your order incurred a 24 hour delay due to unforeseen circumstances. Our orders are packed sufficiently well to withstand such a delay and gather that the contents in your order were sufficiently cold on arrival. Rest assured that had the contents been compromised we would have made every effort to rectify the situation. Expected four prawns same size four dinner party.Had to change our menu as we only had two prawns at the size advertised.Very disappointed!!

Sadly delivery delivered to wrong house. Fault of dhl. Has really put me off. Frozen food etc, and I was in all day to ensure no issue. Sorry, was really hoping it would be a better experience. Really unsure about re ordering. The fish looks good.

Didn’t make me happy as I thought the prices were excessive and I could get nicer mussels at Morrisons. Good luck to them though

I have not bought anything from The Fish Society for nearly a year so am surprised to be asked to review a recent order. I have not purchased from them because they are expensive and the product quality, I believe, is often inferior to that of supermarkets with fresh fish counters, such as Morrisons and Waitrose. I am emailed almost everyday, sometimes twice daily which smacks of desperation. The personnel appear rather arrogant and smug - it seems to hurt them to apologise. Some reviews I have read suggest I am not the only person who has been struck by the insincerity of their 'customer service' Hopefully this review annoy them so much that I am removed from their mailing list!

Frozen seafood can be made in high quality please. Please give voucher £100, see if i will buy from you again. Very bad experience before.

Usually really good quality, the rainbow trout was gorgeous (first time trying) but the quality of the rest of the raw fish was just not as mind-blowing as it usually is.
