It didn’t make me happy atall - not the quality I was expecting. I also emailed the fish society and got no reply.

I’m not happy with the fish society. Their products are not uniform and what I buy one month is not the same quality the next month.

Very unhappy with my order. All of the items had a very sour taste, I’ve been back and forth for a refund and no luck. So upset.

It did not. I criticized the poor quality of the cooling: by the time I received the item 4hrs after the delivery time point all contents were thawed. There was only information about the delivery window a few hours before the delivery which was not enough to take a whole day off work to wait for the delivery. 2. serious reservations given the quality of the salmon were not responded to or allayed. No effort was made to rectify the situation. Salmon was of low quality - contained food coloring (as per package) which was not declared on the website, and is still not recognized by the CS team who first did not respond for days, then when prompted responded with non-apologies. For items that command a very high price this seller needs to be absolutely transparent about what is in the packages. The Tuna is not from 'The Western Pacific' but from China. Given the poor responses of CS about poor fish I will leave the Fish society, this is not how to treat customers who are willing and capable to spend a lot of money on top quality products.

Buyer beware, they send you emails with ‘exclusive’ discounts which then disappear just when you process the payment. They then apologies and to make it up to you they tell you that you can still use the discount.. but I just got tricked once..?

Ordered salmon fillets which when delivered were all the wrong size (too small). Despite four attempts to contact the company I received no response. Dreadful service. Zero customer care.

It didn’t It was delivered to the wrong address, even though it’s meant to have been kept refrigerated at the address that it was sent to all the spoil when it got to me never again

Well as you may surmise from my email correspondence with your company, I was frankly amazed that you felt it necessary to send me two small tins of anchovy fillets in a totally oversized and refrigerated box. there is absoutely no reason for health or safety reasons to package these items in this way. The fillets are packed in tins and preserved with salt and they can be safely stored almost indefinitely in a normal ambient temperature. As I told your customer service person, the packaging and refrigeration is just a total waste of money and resources. In an age where we are all trying to eliminate unnecessary waste let alone the excessive transport and labour costs, your company should really look hard at your packaging practices to become much more environmentally responsible. Because of its VERY poor delivery performance, I have to rate FS only 1 star, even though the products themselves are at leeast 4 stars. If one wants to save money on a cheaper contract with the carrier, one pays a price in disappointed customers (other companies use the same carrier with excellent delivery performance, go figure…)

No taste at all in shrimps, fish and lobster. No difference than even Costco or Waitrose. Price vs value is imbalanced…
