“Great outdoor clothing gear, some of the brands of which are less easy to find elsewhere. Very generous sale prices and very speedy response to both posting a purchase and also to making a refund when an item is returned. I have not only shopped at The Epicentre over the internet, but have also been in the store on a number of occasions and have always found the staff to be friendly and professional. I highly recommend this shop.”

“Hi Guys: A short story. I was on my way home on the 22nd December, called into store and saw A Tentree shirt I liked. I'd think about it. Had notification of your Sale on the 23rd, didn't need to think anymore and purchased it at 9.30am. Received it at 8.30 am on the 24th!!! Wore it on Xmas Day. Great quality and fit. UNBELIEVABLE service. Would have been good at any time of year but at Xmas. Well done Epicentre. I will be using you again. Pete”

“Great! Really nice quality of clothing sadly it didn’t fit me so I had to reluctantly return it. But they reimbursed me very quickly! Only down side was paying for the return parcel!”

Hi From the beginning of January we have introduced free returns via Royal Mail (details on our Website) so this should make future purchases worry free
